How to Submit a Report
To guarantee objectivity and confidentiality, ONE Nuclear Energy utilizes Whistleblower Services, a secure, independent third-party reporting platform. Reports can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with options to remain completely anonymous.
Access the Secure Reporting Portal
All submissions made through Whistleblower Services are encrypted and routed directly to designated members of ONE Nuclear Energy's Audit Committee and Compliance Officer for independent review.
Protection Against Retaliation
ONE Nuclear Energy strictly enforces a zero-tolerance policy against retaliation. No director, officer, employee, or contractor who submits a report in good faith—or participates in an official investigation—will suffer harassment, retaliation, discrimination, or adverse employment consequences.
